What is a small group?

The purpose of a small group is to create a pathway for students to study Scripture and theology in a close and comfortable setting. Wesley small groups are places where students can get to know others and be known, creating faith-forming friendships. Students can also learn and grow in their faith together, offering accountability and encouragement.

How are small groups structured?

Small groups are small co-ed groups of students (usually 5-6 students) who meet weekly to study God’s word and fellowship together

  • A small group is led by a student leaders

  • They meet at a time and place set by the leader

  • Leaders will pick a some guiding questions, a discussion topic, or a scripture passage to discuss together

  • These groups are always open to newcomers!!

When will small groups begin?

Small groups will begin around the second week of class in the spring.
